Shipping Policy

WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $75 AND OVER ONLY APPLIES TO USPS FIRST CLASS SHIPPING. ALL OTHER SERVICES WILL BE DOWNGRADED TO FIRST CLASS SHIPPING IF FREE SHIPPING IS SELECTED AT CHECKOUT.

We ship to the contiguous United States, HI, PR and AK, including APO, PO Boxes.
Please allow extra time in transit for orders going to non-contiguous United States addresses.

We do not ship internationally at this time, but we are manifesting this for the near future.

Tracking notifications will be sent when the order is processed, not shipped.
Please allow 48 hours for tracking to go live upon receipt of tracking. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Below are our ship methods offered:

Orders up to $74.99 = up to $12.00 Standard Shipping, varies by weight and geographic location.

Orders over $75.00 = Free Standard Shipping

All other expedited shipping options (UPS/ Fedex) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and weight of products. Free Shipping only applies to USPS First Class Shipping.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 24 business hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday Monday will be processed on the next business day. Time in transit does not include processing times.

Time In Transit (excluding holidays and weekend):

Standard: 4-8 Business Days*

*Please allow extra time in transit for APO, PO Box, HI, PR and AK addresses 

* Please note, time in transit estimates do not include processing time. Time in transit begins once the package is handed to the carrier.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION 

ASCENTION Beauty Co., Inc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once a package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing packages, stolen packages, deliveries to be held for pickup, or for address change requests.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery.

If your package stops moving at any point don’t stress. It is still on its way to you. Sometimes there is a delay with the tracking information or it's awaiting a new distribution center scan.

Occasionally there may be weather delays or events that will cause delays, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.

If you have been notified that your package is delivered but you cannot locate it, please give it one or two days, as sometimes delivery notifications are over zealous. If it doesn't turn up, please check with your neighbor or with your delivery carrier.
