We understand that circumstances may change, leading to the need for returns or exchanges. Our goal is to make this process as seamless as possible. Here's how our return policy works:

 

1. Easy 15-Day Returns:

  • You have up to 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • To initiate a return, please send an email to hello@ascentionbeautyco.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the client.

2. No-Hassle Exchanges:

  • For exchanges, please securely ship back the product to us. An exchange will be shipped out once we receive and approve the product in good shape.
  • Exchange requests are also accepted within 15 days of purchase.

3. Full Refunds:

  • You have the option to receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will only be issued if the products arrived with all of their contents and in good form.
  • Please note that shipping costs and taxes are not refunded. The original payment method will be refunded minus any discounts.

4. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If the product you've received is defective or damaged, or is missing an pieces, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.
  • Provide your order number and include photographs of the issue to expedite the process.
  • We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no cost.

5. Gift Cards:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and considered a final sale. They can only be used for future purchases.

6. Coaching Sessions:

  • Please note that coaching sessions are non-refundable and also considered a final sale.
